Realgate Capital, s.r.o., with the registered address Široká 36/5, 110 00, IČ: 26695499, (henceforth just “Realgate”) undertakes to enable the user to access the portal at www.realgate.cz ( henceforth just “the portal”) to use the services ordered by the user, in their full extent.

The user undertakes to pay Realgate for ordered services in the price set out in the current price list.

Services are ordered by filling out the order form, which constitutes the conclusion of a contract to provide access to the portal under the terms of operation stated herein. The contract is governed by Czech law and the competent Czech courts shall rule on any conflicts that arise.

The users are responsible for any and all data, not limited to that relating to the listing of real estate.

The user is obliged to refrain from conduct that could damage Realgate or other users of the portal. The user specifically undertakes to refrain from placing any listing in the system unless the user has been empowered or commissioned to do so by an authorized person (generally on the basis of a contract with the owner or other authorized person).

The user is obliged to be truthful in the listing or other notice that he places in the portal and to up-date the information without delay. The user is responsible for the content of data placed in the portal.

The user has the right to display the contact information for the portal www.realgate.cz in his advertising and promotional materials.

The user is liable to Realgate for damages arising to Realgate due to the violation of these terms of operation or of valid legal regulations.

Without the user’s consent, Realgate is not authorized to make public any data, with the exception of such data as the user himself makes public in the portal.

The users agree that they will receive listings and information concerning the operation of the portal in the form of e-mail messages.

If the user violates any of the terms of these terms of operation, Realgate has the right to deny the user access to the portal until such time as redress has been obtained. In a case where no redress has been obtained within the period set by Realgate, Realgate is authorized to remove the data entered by the user from the current and public section of the portal immediately, and to deny the participant further access to the portal without compensation.

With the conclusion of a contract based on these terms of operation, previous contractual relations on the provision of access to the www.realgate.cz system are cancelled.
